Munira is a high calibre and academically accomplished professional with a multi-faceted skill set covering a broad spectrum of industries acquiring a rich and varied experience of over 23 years. She possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking and business acumen to the entrepreneurial landscape. With an exceptional background in engineering, mathematics, MBA and administration, along with a burning desire to innovate and create, Munira is certain to make noteworthy contributions in the start-up ecosystem.

Munira has garnered exceptional leadership skills through various administrative roles, which has helped her to seamlessly pivot to entrepreneurship with a clear vision and an innovative mindset. Munira has worked in dual part time roles as an Administrator and Private Mathematics Tutor whilst continued to be actively involved in the family business. She started her professional career as a faculty assistant at Hamdard Institute of Management and Sciences, where she provided support to the Business Mathematics and Statistics students as part of the MBA work experience. Thereafter she joined Wingreach Limited in London UK, as an administrator where she used to maintain and update all client records and data and carry out any other administrative tasks as and when required.

Thereafter she joined Avicenna Girls school for a brief period, as an O level Math instructor, and transferred the love for Mathematics to young girls and helped them understand the key concepts of the subject. All this while, also being an active private tutor in London, as well as Karachi, Pakistan, volunteering as a tutor.

However, her administrative acumen was formed from the fact that she has been actively part of the family business from an early age. She started with Superstar Enterprises in Karachi, Pakistan, as a Marketing Manager where she developed and implemented comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, planned and executed marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences and conducted research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

After working for over 2 decades in Superstar Enterprises, she then joined Supreme Seafood Company in Karachi, Pakistan as a Partner where she is currently involved and partakes in processing the full global sales lifecycle, ensuring all sales and shipment processes run smoothly, manage and resolve all customer service issues, oversee all administrative duties, along with enhancing and aiding the growth of the business globally.

In addition to his rich and varied experience and qualifications Munira also partakes in regular philanthropic and voluntary work for the community she is a part of.

She is the Chairperson of the Local Education Board for Kharadar Jurisdiction, taking care of the educational needs of the people aged from 6 month to 18 years. She gives career guidance to university going students within the community, supports students with Mental health related issues, counselling them and depending on their condition, either assist them or refer them to the mental health practitioner and plays a key role in setting up community networking, offering basic English lessons to help those who are unable to speak the language and need support.

Munira’s strong administrative background has equipped her with a solid foundation in leadership, resource management, and process optimization, which are necessary skills required as an entrepreneur. Her skillsets also include visionary leadership, effective risk management, and creative problem-solving. Her ventures have been characterized by a customer-centric approach, strategic planning, and a relentless pursuit of innovation and she has also successfully crafted and executed comprehensive business plans, capitalized on market trends, and fostered strategic collaborations with vendors and partners.

Mrs. Bushra started her professional journey with Wilson Global Traders in New Delhi, India as its Director and Managing partner where she is still currently involved. Here she monitors office workflow and administrative processes to keep operations running smoothly, works closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to guide operational strategy and is in charge of spearheading successful business development initiatives aligned with company's strategy and core competencies.

Bushra is also involved with EYEKA optical in New Delhi as it’s business development officer. Here she is in charge of strategizing with sales team to prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned geographic territories, deliver campaigns to solidify new client opportunities and generate new business, negotiate and close long-term agreements with new clients in assigned territory, build relationships with colleagues to facilitate teamwork, cooperation and success and also generate new business with marketing initiatives and strategic plans

In between these two ventures where she is also currently involved, Bushra worked with Iqbal Optical Co. in New Delhi, as it’s manager, where she developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers through account development, maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members and developed and implemented business strategies to achieve business goals and stay competitive.

Mr. Deepak Kalisetti is a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in a range of areas, including IT system administration, facilities control support, disaster recovery, security systems, IT resource planning, network administration, IT hardware troubleshooting, IIS administration, and server administration. He holds a relentless curiosity for technology and a strong drive to create solutions that make a difference. Mr. Kalisetti has established himself as a highly accomplished and respected IT professional with over 20 years of experience in network and system administration. Throughout his career, he has gained a reputation for excellence in his field, earning numerous certifications and implementing cutting-edge technologies to achieve business goals.

In terms of his technical expertise, Mr. Kalisetti has extensive knowledge and experience in networking, including installing, configuring, and administering LAN and WAN technologies. He is also proficient in active directory management, NTFS security, disk quota management, and has a good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, RARP, FTP, TFTP). He has a well-rounded understanding of bridging and switching concepts and LAN technologies, IP addressing, and subnetting, as well as routing concepts, and is familiar with routing protocols such as RIP V1/V2, OSPF, IGRP & EIGRP.

Mr. Kalisetti began his career in 2002 as a Part-Time General Computers - System Support Engineer, where he assembled PCs, installed software, and provided troubleshooting support. He also handled customer queries, scheduled house visits, and resolved networkrelated issues, configuring ADSL modems and WiFi routers.

In 2004, he joined Mullangi Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Systems & Network Support Engineer, where he was part of a three-member team responsible for day-to-day network and system maintenance and troubleshooting operations. He was also responsible for backup and restoring server data and configuring scheduled reports.

Mr. Kalisetti then joined Sri Sai Software as an IT & Network Administrator in 2008, where he supervised a team of four personnel and performed day-to-day networking and troubleshooting operations. He initiated corrective action of network security variability using “Eye” Retina network scan software, installed and maintained online exam servers, and handled all critical network resources, including Cisco switches and routers.

After this in 2010, Mr. Kalisetti joined Terabyte Technologies and Services as an Operations Manager IT & Network, where he installed, analyzed, managed, and optimized Local Area Network performance for various networking protocols, routing technology, and network topologies.

Since 2016, Mr. Kalisetti has been working with Four Health Care India Pvt Ltd as the Head of Operations IT, responsible for all IT operations across the company. He daily monitors Server, Network and HIS teams to guide and take updates, implemented VPN between head office and branch units for safe, secure, and uninterrupted network connectivity, and implemented VMware high availability to reduce system downtime.

Deepak holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, specializing in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer. He also holds an MBA from the same university.

In between these ventures, being the ambitious person that he is, Ashfaque joined Sohana Gas Agency in Ranchi as a General Manager where he would be overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, developed and implemented strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and provided leadership and direction to various departments within the organization.

Soon thereafter this stint, Ashfaque joined Shresta fuels in Ranchi as the Chief general manager of sales and marketing where he developed and executed sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and set ambitious sales and revenue targets and was also responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the sales and marketing teams along with fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Currently Ashfaque is the owner and managing director of two businesses in Ranchi, India, an LPG distributorship by the name of Alpha Indane and a 2-star hotel called Sunrise Inn, where he is involved in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies and succession plans for the executive team and key leadership positions. He also manages the hotel's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial performance, ensures the efficient operation and growth of each area and lead efforts to develop new business and expand the hotel's client base.

He is also a seasoned communications and business development specialist and possesses functional knowledge of the marketing domain and extremely skilled in creating business development strategies with focus on financial gains, arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
