Mr. Ashfaque commenced his professional career by establishing a garment retail shop, Sunny Sales, in Ranchi, India, where he created the company's essential vision and long-haul objectives, kept up with and supported key client connections, guaranteeing client fulfillment and steadfastness and led the firm in executing its brilliant course of action and adjusting to changing economic situations.
After gaining relative success in this venture, he established another garment retail store known as Cambridge Retails, where he set the company's strategic direction and long-term vision, ensured the company's financial stability and profitability and identified opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
In between these ventures, being the ambitious person that he is, Ashfaque joined Sohana Gas Agency in Ranchi as a General Manager where he would be overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, developed and implemented strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and provided leadership and direction to various departments within the organization.
Soon thereafter this stint, Ashfaque joined Shresta fuels in Ranchi as the Chief general manager of sales and marketing where he developed and executed sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and set ambitious sales and revenue targets and was also responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the sales and marketing teams along with fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Currently Ashfaque is the owner and managing director of two businesses in Ranchi, India, an LPG distributorship by the name of Alpha Indane and a 2-star hotel called Sunrise Inn, where he is involved in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies and succession plans for the executive team and key leadership positions. He also manages the hotel's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial performance, ensures the efficient operation and growth of each area and lead efforts to develop new business and expand the hotel's client base.
He is also a seasoned communications and business development specialist and possesses functional knowledge of the marketing domain and extremely skilled in creating business development strategies with focus on financial gains, arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
